Shipping Information
All orders are packed and dispatched by our staff within 1-3 business days. Please note that once the courier has your package, we know just as little as you do. If an item is damaged or misplaced, don't fret as we will assist where we can. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within a 2-4 days of receiving the items. We will provide replacements at our own discretion.
We cannot stress enough to please enter your shipping address correctly and format it cleanly to make the couriers' lives easier. If you provide us with an incorrect address and the item gets sent back to us then we will have to charge the shipping cost again.
🇦🇺 Australia-Wide Shipping
We offer a few different courier options for shipping within Australia, based on location, package size and price. We offer Australia Post, Sendle, TnT, Toll, Transdirect, and Quick Lee.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (based on the customer's location). Australia Post Express is an option for urgent deliveries.
📍 Tracking Numbers & Signature on Delivery
We all appreciate a tracking number as we wait eagerly for our goodies. Tracking will be emailed to the customer once dispatched. We automatically post with the signature on delivery requirement, however if you would rather have it left in a safe place, please provide us with a note at checkout.

With the recent pandemic, delays may occur. This can be said for any handling of your goodies with couriers or our shipments of stock. There are plenty of taxes that may incur price changes and freight companies may be slower than usual.
