The White pad is a light polishing pad. It is not designed for heavy correction work. Use it when the goal is cleaner gloss, finer refinement and a better final finish.
Light polishing pad
The White pad sits between the Orange Medium Cut Pad and the Black Ultra Fine Finishing Pad.
Use the White pad when Orange has more cut than needed, but Black is too soft for the result you are chasing.
This makes it a practical choice for fine polishing, light paint enhancement and finishing work before protection.
Why Slim Line Pads feel smoother
The biggest difference with OPTiX Slim Line Pads is how they feel on dual action polishers.
Compared with thicker foam pads, the slim line design keeps the pad closer to the backing plate. This can give a smoother, more direct machine feel, with less pad roll and better control across curves, panels and edges.
This helps the White pad feel controlled during fine polishing and finishing work.
